HAARP stands for (the) High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. The stated goal of this program is to further advance our knowledge of the physical and electrical properties of the Earth’s ionosphere which can affect our military and civilian communication and navigation systems. The HAARP program operates a world-class ionospheric research facility located in Gakona, Alaska.

Prior to initiating my research on the 11:11 Awakening Code, I had never even heard of HAARP, Tesla, Tectonic Weaponry, Project Blue Beam, or the Illuminati and its reported New World Order Agenda to depopulate via man-made disasters and mass manipulate, control, and enslave whoever is left that is not of The Illuminati blood-line.
